This course is designed to guide participants through the journey of healing, rebuilding emotional resilience, and cultivating a rational and logical approach to love and relationships. Through a series of weekly modules, you will engage in self-reflection, practical exercises, and transformative activities that promote growth and reintegration into emotionally intelligent, healthy relationships. All content is provided in text format for easy reference and self-paced study.

  • Understand and process relationship trauma by identifying emotional wounds and triggers.
  • Build emotional resilience and self-compassion through guided meditations, journaling, and reflective exercises.
  • Learn methods to set healthy boundaries, rebuild trust, and create a personal recovery blueprint.

  • This is a 8-week course designed for self-paced learning.
  • Participants can expect approximately 2–3 hours of content and activities per week, totaling around 24–36 hours of instructional and reflective content.
